A. Thule 450 Complete Crossroads Railing Rack with load bars and feet. Each Crossbar is 64 inches long. Comes with 4 locks

I purchased all this at REI in San Diego, Used it for one season. Awesome set up. I paid an additional $60 via Thule to get all 8 locks keyed exactly alike. So one key opens and closes everything related to this rack. I have four keys(pic) for it and the extra tumblers/Keys if you want to change the locks back.
$275 for both.
