FYI my friend has 6.2 same 3.73 gears with truck camper he said around 14 -14.5mpg, less in the wind. Without truck camper he's seen 15-16mpg. Sure beats our gas hog 10mpg no matter we do. Never more never less.

Sweet rig for fair price nice to see not everyone wants $90k for a hacked up vintage duramax.

Tasteful upgrades too. Malayan only has full size bed is a bit of downside.

Kind of weird the gray tank isn't installed?

This one sure has made the rounds. I think it has sold 3 or 4 times before, each time for around the $100k mark. There's previous threads on here. I know I raised some concerns about GVWR for an F250. This is definitely over GVWR. Not saying it's not safe, but merely it is over GVWR and I wonder why it wasn't built on an F350. Here's the previous threads. There may be more...

Escadventure: I thought the Malayan Tiger had the 3 point mounting system and was of the more 'advanced' Tiger builds (I believe they discontinued due to high cost of construction) or are you talking about old school wall construction?

Adam88: Having a 2500hd 2005 Tiger I have thought much about the overloaded aspect. Before I purchased I crunched the #'s and my truck crew cab 2500hd is 6049# curb with 9200# GVWR and 3500 SRW crew cab 6094# curb with 9900# gvwr (those are #'s with truck beds obviously Tigers have truck beds deleted or mine is actually a incomplete vehicle shipped to Tiger). My mechanic buddy told me it's just the leaf spring package (hence the 55# curb weight difference) the only difference and my Tiger already had leaf springs upgraded so I went for it. We really wanted a starter rig to get out there and stop using the Toy Tundra with topper so it's great but I probably won't compromise next time when we upgrade. It does look like the particular Malayan also has leaf springs upgrade but I don't know if that is the difference between the F250 and F350 for that year ford.

Yeah, I'm thinking the cabin construction and interior build. For the most part not too much different than 40 years ago.
