Tire rating

I have decided to go with the BFG A/Ts. 265/70/17. I'm going to be pulling eventually 2 draft horses. Should I go with load E tires? The truck is a 05 f150 supercab.

I would go E, but an F150 pulling two draft horses? From what I've read/heard from horse people, it might be time for an F250/350...

Unfortunately that's not a option

I would be upgrading the cooling system and oil/trans/steering coolers at the very least, and go for the E rated tires.

And if the truck breaks down you can alway have the horses tow the truck.

I will be upgrading those as well, and putting a electronic trailer braking system in to.
