That's my buddy Ray. He and his wife are organizers of the NW Overland Rally.
I droped by Ricks shop, Chiliwack spring service and met this guy....
He will be traveling from London England to Singapore in this 1954 Land Rover! One of only 3 left of this unique vehicle...
Rick did some replacement of bushings and other stuff to this old rig....
He was surprised as to how good shape most parts where in considering the age of the vehicle....
And when you see this view of the rig....
You can see that is an old Canada fishery vehicle....
I hope Ray and his wife and 3 children have a good trip.....:wings:

I looked for your truck there as I drove past at 120kmh on Thurs the 6th. Ran in to a big roadblock of Policia at Yahk. Good thing they didn't stop us as there were a few things in the camper I would have had difficulty explaining! (Nothing illegal in Wa or Co).:26_7_2:
