It would probably be a better idea wirh some cooling. 39 degrees celcius in the summer is not unusual. Later when the house is insulated I will probably just use a wood burning stove...

No gutters yet - or is rain / water not a concern ?

We have over 140 mtrs (about 430 Ft.?) of the stuff here on the house in France.

There was nothing when we arrived and being Dutch, that was a priority and it fills the pond very well.

It is a big pond - just for the horses....

It is a big pond - just for the horses....

Here in this area there is so much snow and ice on the roof that if you have a gutter the ice will rip it off the first year. Therefore no gutters on my place.

I still say Canada has the best scenery and it’s not all ruined and overpopulated.
