LOL.......Kinda an old post but, Got a 1994 Sammi that's been flat towed behind three different trucks, to all three oceans and most of the middle of the US. 100k+/-. Never a single problem by simply following the manual. Still have it as a Rocky Mountain runabout.
Heck, once I pulled into a wrong parking lot and couldn't get the Ford turned around so put the Ford in neutral and the Sammi in low and used the Sammi to pull it backwards, via the tow hitch, out of the lot!
Best 4wd ever.
