I don't think it's a scam, I believe this is Adam Sklar's GFC camper. He is a handmade bicycle frame builder up in Montana, and it makes sense based on his social media. I'm assuming he posted it and then received tons of responses and is busy, and just hasn't followed up with anyone. That's my best guess.
