Nice one Chuck. The Thunderbird seems to be a good stopping point for cool vehicles.

I spied this nice Defender 90 in the same parking lot last November -

Did you happen to go in for some Ho-Made pie? Or a Polygamy Ale (When you can't have just one?)? It's a good little eatin' joint in the middle of nowhere.

I ran into these guys at Yellowstone a few weeks back. They're German and designed and built the rig themselves. We were all sitting around watching/photographing some elk in a pasture.

They built the camper out of composite fiberglass and foam like a boat hull. They struck me as a very efficient couple.

I took a couple of closer photos but they're still on my camera and not yet uploaded to the computer. I'll try to get to it today.

It's a very, very cool rig.

I would be very interested in seeing some more photos. Thanks.

Met this couple in Coyote Buttes, Utah. They were from Germany also. Looks like the same shell, but the Toyota cab is a different color?

Must be a common camper shell over there!
