It's Toyota's overseas SUV which is based on the Hilux platform. I haven't seen a whole lot of reviews on it, but I'd assume it's mostly reliable based on the Hilux's reputation.
I don't know that many countries outside of developing markets (Asia, Africa, Middle East) get it. I think it's intended to be a more basic and cheaper alternative to the LC Prado or LC 200.
