One still sees the increasingly rare Trabi in Germany or a few other countries. They take a lot of love to keep from returning to the earth from whence they came, I think.

I can't agree that they're cool though, Christian. Total junk for the most part, and not even charming junk IMO. If ever there was a case for capitalism over socialism, just look at the acheivements of the car industries in West vs East...
