Seems like a nice unit, but crazy amount of setup for my taste.

No more than a coleman camp kitchen thing. Or a chuck box with a table etc

Comparing a standalone unit to a bed mounted rail system is kind of an Apples/Oranges comparison for setup time. Imagine if this were rail mounted it would be pretty comparable. It takes forever for me to setup my very simple coleman stove stand just because it's a sloppy POS that doesn't slide like it's supposed to and when it's open it's flimsy and wobbly.

I don't like lots of knobs that need to be take out and in but there is usually a price to pay for stability.
