Let me get this straight. You put all that work into it making it look perfect only to sell it? What a shame!

The 60 looks great, love the silver hub control covers.

Well we are a newer shop and our primary reason is to have it attract more business.

It's definitely working so far :wings:.

Actually one of the main reasons we used this 60 to restore is it was 100% rust free. Basically the underside was scrubbed with purple power or the grease remover of your choice, pressure washed, scraped, scraped, scraped, then finally sanded down with a DA sander(mostly on the frame).

The underside was sprayed with undercoating available at any auto parts store. They have thick and thin styles. Frame, springs, axles, and other parts used rustoleum satin black.

Easy to do...just dirty and time consuming. A steam cleaner would work great.

More pictures to come. Should be on the road in 1 week!

Ok here are some more pics for everyone...

Newer radiator, fan clutch, rad hoses...

After some scrubbing.

Cleaned and pressure washed the carpet. Turned out great. Letting it dry out...

Fitting the new padding...

Fitting in the carpet. Cleaned the seats.

As you can see the driver seat is blown out, but still sits great. We are going with seat covers for it. Front and rear. Any suggestions? We can't make up our minds. Plus don't want to blow our whole budget.

We went with a wild idea and decided to change up the interior with some vinyl paint. Notice the center console.

Door panels with a new two tone...I personally love it. What do you guys think? We just couldn't handle all that brown, and thought this would be a little more modern.

Damn! crankster workshop!!! looking good scott. I'll stop in with the expo 80 this week. i think you'll like the mods. -Chris

Hey thanks Chris. I can't wait to see the 80. Did you already go to Death Valley?

We might be moving to a big new shop. 5000 sq ft and 2 1/2 acres! The building needs a lot of work, but we might get a great deal on it. I'll let you know.

Come by anythime in the next few weeks though.

Scott
