They are bolt on, 37" at bottom, 20" on top, 15" tall and 10" wide.

Is there any rust??? How thick are the fenders??? Is there a surface to attach a mud flap to?? These may work for my trailer build project.

No major rust.
Don't no the exact thickness but they are pretty thick, I have stood on these fenders when they were on the trailer.
You could drill holes and mount mudflaps at the back.
