Trailer tent rack

I have a m101 trailer and I'm looking to put a rack on it and I'm curious. If anyone has a name for this rack. It has hydraulic arms to help raise it. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Or maybe plans to make this.

Pretty sure that is fabricated, not off the shelf. Lots of guys have done similar on here.
