Trailer Wheel Studs

I am about to change the drums/hubs on my Little Guy (3500 lb. Dexter axle with 10" brakes) from 5 x 4 1/2 to 6 x 5 1/2 to accomodate wheels from a new tow vehicle. The Dexter drums come with wheel studs with a 1/2 -20 thread.

Does anyone make a M12 x 1.50 threaded stud that will fit in the Dexter drum?

I had the same problem when I swapped out to toyota rims.... I found the 12x1.5 studs at pep boys... But the 1/2 studs are thicker so I saw the correct ones with a fatter neck to seat in the hub face properly for sale.. If that makes sense at all
