This pet gate is awesome - easy to install, just pull back seat forward, arms of the gate slide over the seat anchors, and pull the seat right back into position - takes all of 30 seconds. We used this gate when we leased our Chevy Trax for 3 years, but when we upgraded to an Equinox as our family expanded, we could longer use it because it is not compatible with the Equinox . Great not only for separating pets from the passenger area, but also keeping luggage and other supplies in the trunk, which enables more stacking without risk of any items falling forward into the passenger area.
