Truck bed insulation

I have a ram 2500 and I'm wanting to lightly insulate the sides of the truck bed. I use a stahl mat on the floor so I think that's good.
The truck bed I have has a lot of access holes to the outer panels which is good but also let in a lot of air. I was thinking of tappin over them and using a peel and stick like a sound deadening you see used in vans.

My question is has anyone done this and what brand is recommended? I'm just looking for a light insulation and mainly to close off the access holes.

This is what I was thinking of using. My truck bed does have a bed liner spray in so would it even stick?

I used body color vinyl wrap (gloss white) on my bed when I had my camper. It did a great job of sealing out the dirt, bugs, and any air leaks. I slept in it many nights that way. I had also added the bed tailgate seals as well. It all but sealed up my bed completely. Never was any issues after that point.
