Truck Camper Roof Repair

Hi Folks,
Has anyone repaired or have ideas for repairing the pop up truck camper roof issue in the attached pic? Not sure if this is a simple fix or one that will require a new roof.

Can’t really tell what is going on.

Is the structure sound? Wood frame?

Whole new tops are not cheap.

Structure is sound. Wood frame. Seal is separating.
