I couldn't wait to play with it so I put it in my living room.

Haha! Been there, done that! Watch out though - next thing you know you'll be rebuilding a motorcycle engine on the kitchen table!

Well.....after following this thread and reading a few other historical threads, i have placed my order for a Pineview 8. I had originally been set on a Kodiak or Springbar, but I really think the need to stake down the Kodiak & Springbar is a downside. The quick and easy setup of the Turbo Tent will also be convenient for my wife and 7 year old son. It is just the three of us plus the dog for camping, so the Pineview 8 will provide plenty of room for three full size cots.

^Good choice! Another thing I like about a Turbo Tent is how easy it is to pick it up and shake out dirt, etc. from the inside. Just a cool tent.

I have the 4 person pine deluxe turbo tent and have a tiny hole in it. It seems to be a type of canvas material. Have any recommendations for patch kits ?

They have a few every now and that come up on their eBay outlet. What is the packed length of your 3 person? BlackPine doesn't list packed sizes anywhere!

Thats the one struggle I have with the 6 person - its 48in long and my cargo area is 44in.

Okay so I measured the bag... it's 42" x 18" x 11". I'm actually giving this tent to an old friend as with an RTT on my trailer, I just won't use it much and it's too nice of a tent not to. He was telling me he was shopping for a new tent and I told him it was his lucky day. He's totally thrilled... loves the engineering.

This was my first time using it and it worked fantastic. It was up in under a minute and was able to keep all the bugs and rain out.
