This is not mine.. just found it a moment ago. Here's what I would do:
1) Convert it to 4x4. There's a local shop here that should be able to do the job for around $12,500.
2) Buy a worn pop-up trailer. Since the ambulance is big, square, and flat on top, it should be relatively easy to put the pop up top on then use all the inside components (sink, stove, heater, water tanks, power system, etc) for the camper build out. Here's a good one to use:
