Twist locks are they a good idea

I am starting to build a hunting / fishing / camper vehicle based on a FUSO 4x4 and I was thinking of using 4 twist locks to secure the back as it will enable me to make it modular and to license the truck quickly and at a lower cost.......is this a good idea or not ? The truck will be used off-road on less than fantastic roads even no roads.

I look forward to some thoughts and opinions

If it can hold a stack of shipping containers to the deck in rough seas it should be fine for your use.
