Two questions for the community

Community thoughts...I'm working on finishing my utility topper. Two items: 1) does anyone have experience with adding a smaller vent fan on their rooftop of the shell. I've done searches and I haven't come up with a good option. Most are either too big(standard rv style) or too small (usually marine style).
2) insulation: I want to add the 1" foam insulation but I don't want a permanant gluing/taping. Looking for options for attaching the foam. Any thoughts/experiences would be most helpful.

MaxxAir makes a 6" round manual pop-up fan that claims to move 900 c.f.m.... which should empty any camper in no time.

For insulation, hot-glue might work and is removable, unlikely to damage the foam like some solvent glues.
Depending on how tight the mechanical fit is, it may be enough to keep it in place. Cheap enough to experiment with.
