Ultimate Canadian Built Coil Sprung Dana 60 Van

Clydesdale

Observer
I just wanted to throw up some pics and specs of our newest project that we are completing. 2001 E350 with 7.3L diesel. This is our first time using the 05-07 f350 dana 60 with coil springs.

Specs & Parts.
2005 f350 Dana 60 with 6" lift Coil Springs.
Rancho 9000 shocks with wireless myride
Rancho dual steering shocks
ARB Air Locker Front & Rear with compressor and airtank
custom built infloor storage
1500W inverter
35" tire and wheel package
Dual Starting Batteries, and Dual Aux Batteries
32" LCD Tv w/blueray surround sound
Lightforce 170 Lights in Bumper
Rigid 50" LED Light bar on roof rack
Assortment of Aluminess Products
10' Awning
Bushwacker Flairs.

This conversion went very smooth. The major deal was trying to get the steering linkage and trac bar to work properly with the front axle being pushed forward for tire clearance. All steering linkage is factory F350, as well as the trac bar. We had to custom build our tracbar bracket on the top framerail.

I hope you all enjoy looking at our work as we are trying to build our company into what many of the conversion companies in the USA are like, Top quality, and customer oriented.

Well, customer service and competitive pricing from a Canadian company would be a welcome change. If you manage to do it, you should be wildly successful! I sincerely hope you can pull it off.

Do you have a4x4 solution for vans with AdvanceTrac/ RSC?

Thanks for the positive feedback. As for the questions.

"Do you have a4x4 solution for vans with AdvanceTrac/ RSC? "
As of right now we have not had any customers run larger tires on our conversions with RSC. From what we have heard that is were most run into problems. We have heard that there is a sensor on the steering column that can be dissabled to get around the problem. Weve had a few vans act up in low range with the ABS engaging premeturely, but weve found a way to dissable the ABS in Low Range.

"Where did you source those rails/side-steps? I like the look of those a lot. "
The Nerf bars, Roof Rack, Ladder, and Bumpers are all from Aluminess. A great company to deal with, and top notch products.

"competitive pricing from a Canadian company would be a welcome change"
We are trying our best but everything is still alot more expensive in Canada for conversions.

Shocker

VanDOOM!
Nice! There was a 93 Clydesdale conversion for sale near The Dalles, OR. Looked like a great rig!

Its to bad Clydesdale is so far from me, as all van specialists.

Can anyone comment or direct me to a 05-07 f350 dana 60 with coil springs install thread?

Thanks!
