-they need some ladies in there to run the office so they can just stay in the back manufacturing great parts.

Sounds like sexism is rearing it's ugly head.

Motorsports may need some organizational help, but the work could be done by either sex.

There's no reason to assume that the CNC lathe operator who made your adapters wasn't a female. Stereotyping people into job types based on their sex is very limiting.

Your not encouraging me! I have an order in with them currently that was supposed to have shipped to me to arrive this week. I inquired today and they told me that the adapters I am having made to mate Defender 90 wheels to a current jeep pattern on my trailer are complex and would take a couple more days to produce.
I am going to hope that this is a typical "we're covered up and were getting to them!" scenario.

Anyhow, I investigated the company from several reputable folks before placing the order and it was explained to me that there is a junior and a senior that own the company, and that junior can "seem" to have an attitude, so ... to avoid a similar situation, ... I simply asked for and have dealt with senior, and I have had a good experience as far as attitude is concerned so far.

ive known this to happen in many companies. especially in the manufacture buisness. they all think they ahve a corner on the market because they produce for a low price or they make a specialized product. but persoanlly if i am going to get something custom made i go to the palce directly, i dont call. i build a relationship with the designer and the owner who is usually the manager as well. in doing this i can go to a few different places and get things custom made for rather cheap because they know me.

a couple times i have dealt with rude people in the ordering side of a company. usually its some peon that is having a bad day, and i forgive them. but really i dont make a mountain out of a mole hill. consider it time to inspect the product before it goes on the project.

try getting a dog house made in thiland over the phone with broken english. ug... its a PITA.

check them out though, they are pretty sick!

Now Decanter
If he was being as unreasonable as you say ask him to send a call tag for the package. He can bring it back to his shop at his expense and reship it to the correct address at his expense. Tell him it's ready for pick-up and you'll dispute the charge until it's delivered as promised. He might be more reasonable that way.

So what was the actual freight to the correct address?
