Unicat doors

They make them in house.... almost all parts the locks, the mechanics everything is handmade in the shop. I put quite a few of them together. And yes, they are bomb proof :ylsmoke:

Does anyone have good pictures or more info on these doors? I'm trying to get some ideas for how to do the doors on my camper...

One thing I've tried to figure out - are they just glued to the wall material, or are they more integrated into the camper frame?

Note even my bathroom door has a full length hinge screwed into the wall. I don't know what's inside that wall. But a full length hinge makes it pretty strong and steady.

Not sure how much I can say without getting a visit from Unicat ...

But the Unicat doors are made from sandwich material, composite profiles, metal and rubber seals

The hinges are not "just" screwed into the composite material, they are all hand cut tap and die (spelling?) and are stainless steel, secured with glue.
Mounting a door can take a full day! Building a door a full week!
