Upgraded 2020 Four Wheel Camper Grandby Flatbed Camper

We are selling our Four Wheel Camper Grandby Flatbed purchased new in November of 2019 and deliver/installed June of 2020. We lived full time in the camper from fall 2020 to fall of 2021. The camper has been unused since fall of 2022. The camper is in great conditions. The exterior has some pinstriping and dents from many off-road miles, but nothing atypical. There are a few small things that are damaged and noted below.
The systems of the camper have been significantly upgraded from the stock configurations. The electrical system is powered by 300Ah of lithium batteries with a 2KW inverter/charger to provide AC/DC power anywhere and anytime. Off grid recharging is handled with 480 watts of solar on the roof and a 30 amp battery to battery charger. The plumbing drainage system has been revised to be a single ¾” stainless steel gray water drainpipe through the floor of the camper. This drain connection is designed for a vehicle chassis mounted gray water tank.
The kitchen has been upgraded with a 1800W induction cooktop that stores below the counter for travel and a stainless steel kitchen faucet with spray hose. The stock drinking water capacity has been significantly increased with an additional 35.5 gallons in a flexible tank in the passenger dinette storage area. The additional tank is piped into the factory fill and outlet hose, so no additional filling or tank switching is required. The total water capacity is now 55.5 gallons. The factory propane system has been completely removed in favor of an all-electric camper. Heat is provided via a diesel air heater. A water heater is not included but can be added as either an electric or fuel option. There is space in the stock location for a water heater to be added. An exterior access panel has been added with the various inlet and outlet fitting for the diesel air heater and a water heater.
The interior cabinets have been modified and upgraded to improve storage and useability. Improvements include a shoe rack along the rear wall of the dinette, a bookshelf with top storage above the battery compartment, and a spice rack above the kitchen countertop. We have also added several shelves in the kitchen and entry cabinets. The dinette shower has been removed to increase floor area but can be easily reinstalled if desired. We are happy to reinstall prior to purchase. All water lines for the indoor and outdoor shower remain as installed by FWC. Finally, the dinette storage areas have been subdivided to improve gear management. We used the passenger side storage as a pantry and the driver side as gear locker.
