Thanks!

You know, we could have an "Upper Midwest J30 Rally"...both of us! :coffeedrink:

If I were in the upper midwest anytime soon I'd be up for it! But I'm currently in Istanbul and my Jeep is in a private parking garage in the bay area south of San Fran. :/

I have the slide as well. I like it except there is no lock to keep it open. When the jeep is nose down, which is often as it is a jeep, the damn thing slides back in on you. Need to fire out a mod to keep it open. Other slides have this feature with a tab on the side. Hoping I can do the same.

Going with the idea of buy once, cry once, I went with the perimeter texture, both quarter rear windows, Thule rails only, So Cal Teardrops' Scipio awning and annex, 12 volt and USB ports upstairs, and the map pockets. The rails will be used to mount a Renogy 100w solar panel. I plan on going with a Switch-Pro 8100 to control four Rigid D2 diffused LEDs, a relay to switch between fuel tanks, a switch to connect the auxiliary battery if the main needs a jump, and a master power switch for the camper.

After 30 nights in it since my pickup in April I can honestly say its the coolest jeep mod ever and I'm so happy with the purchase

I went with
USB - I use it all the time, nice to just have power to it without having to have the jeep on, I have an SPOD so can just turn on power to the top accessories whenever I need
12V - probably didn't need it
Passenger window - Really like having it
Map Pockets - Great for all kinds of things
Rear load bay lighting, Great, use it all the time.

Should have got a sleeping quarters USB to charge the phone while up top.

Oh and you all know at the bottom of the rainbow is a J30 :sombrero:

An Ursa Minor J30, and Pintler Beadlocks... You Sir, have my dream machine! Sweet.

image.jpgimage.jpgMy rear bumper is stock I instaled a Orfab swing open tire carrier with rotopax holders. I also installed a Garvin rear basket rack that had to me modified to fit above the spare due to Orfab spare tire mount is place about 4inches higher than stock for better angle of attack .Also had two rear light mount tabs welded for future LED reverse lights and I also mounted a backup camera . So far no regrets.
