Yeah I carry blocks for my jack, it's lame. I have a 6 ton Craftsman bottle jack. I think I need this kit. I have a hi-lift but no armor so jacking points are not there.
Ya I was having that problem too I don't have sliders yet. So I couldn't use a high lift. Now when I do I can use that attachment to lift from the frame or the slider
I have been thinking of drilling through my cap and just installing my rack right to it. Definatly much cheaper but I would be worried I would want adjust it later. Also fellow coastie In port angeles.

ya trust me it took me atleast a hour of measuring to get it pretty much exactly where I wanted the feet to be I can still adjust it side to side if I need to. But, it's pretty square on. Going to be adding a plywood floor to it so I can put stuff up there easier.
No the second gen taco has that side lip on the bed that is flush with the wheel well. So it's supported all the way down to the end by that lip and the wheel well. And I only weigh 180 so there is pretty much no flex at all
Just completed my weekend project. So now I can carry an extra 16 gallons of fuel and never need to take the cans down to refuel my actual tank. Just take the top off the jug and put the fuel pick up tube in give a couple pumps of the nozzle and fuel starts flowing good
