It is in good shape, I slightly modified it by adding straps so that I could roll up the Annex walls and secure them, this can be undone, its not an intrusive modification. but it does speed up setup and take down dramatically.
I am selling it because the family has grown, and I want to put a flip-pac on a larger truck.
