Useful gas can holder?

I'm thinking it might be also good for the 1/2 size Scepter gas and water cans although the classic Blitz can holder works for that just fine

I have installed those Buyer brand mounts on a jetski trailer. They are pretty decent in quality. Nice thing is they are lockable......now those blitz cans I have had much less luck with. They leaked no matter what I did. took 5 or 6 back to the store before I got one that only kinda leaked. Gave one can to a friend and the other is used to hold used oil until I haul it off for recycling.

I have used the second style mounts you pictured. Been around forever, work pretty decent and are cheap. As my grandpa would say "if it aint broke don't fix it"

and a smart thief would simply siphon off your gas from your "locked" can because he doesn't want the leaky plastic gas can :sombrero:

the methbears around here will shove a screwdriver thru your vehicle tank while their other "cousin" is using a battery powered sawzall to cut off your catalytic converter, so, yeah, lots of them are prepared to thieve at all times.
