16 Years on ExPo. Whoa!!
Might be able to help you put together an overland route if you'd like. Moab is amazing and easy to get "lost" spending gobs of time in Moab running the trails and routes there. you could do something that started on dirt in Colorado lowlands to Moab. Down around Moab to even south of there and deep in Canyonlands. Then cross the river, back up the other side, then back into Colorado and even into some of the Colorado highlands depending on your route of choice. Good example would be Kokopelli to Moab, and then from Moab back go to Gateway Colorado and then up the Grand Mesa, again depending on the snow. That would be a hell of a route...

I am leaving for this trip on June 9th with my wife and 2 boys. going to Ouray and going to some of the ghost towns up on engineers pass. then to pheonix to see my sister. Off to Grand Canyon, through Utah to go to Zion, Bryce, Grand staircase, Arches, Moab, etc. Then to california to Saquioa Nat. park. Then finish in Lake Tahoe.

Will be on road almost a month.
Let me know where you will be, maybe can meet up.

To bad you are going in June. I will be doing the exact same trip on the first two weeks of September. I live near Cleveland and have family in Boulder. It would be nice to caravan out with someone else from Ohio!

Will be in Colorado June 20-July 7...Vail area, Breckenridge area, Crestted Butte, Monarch, Lake City, Sliverton, Telluride, Moab...These are the towns that I will be close to...If you are in the area; pm me...maybe we can take a drive, throw a fly in the water, take a pedal, a hike...or, simply sit around the campfire having a beer and talking about all the other things we could be doing:)
