Hey guys - Quick question for you all, what are you guys doing for your interiors?

Looking to carpet the roof and interior walls of an Express van. I don't want to hack it together, maybe someone makes Trim to fit interior panels? Found a bunch for sprinters just none for the Express cargo. Just a feeler to see what you guys are doing. Thanks

i'm using 1/8" baltic birch with formica on the finish side and a balancing sheet on the unseen side. attachment is to strips of 1/2" MDO plywood attached to van ribs w/ VHB tape & screws/ welders nuts isolated w/ O rings. no holes drilled into factory steel and all interconnections isolated with tape. no metal to metal except threads. nylock screws where applicable. 1/4" neoprene between ribs & panels and no thermal bridging. ceiling strips w/ VHB tape & well nuts. all fasteners are stainless steel. panels are then screwed to the strips. all cut edges sealed w/ sanding sealer to retard moisture infiltration. floor will be cork tiles over 3/8" marine meranti plywood space off the ribs x 1/4" 70 durometer rubber strips so there will be some ability for air flow. all cabinets are getting lightening holes for ventilation. floor & walls were plastered with dynamat extreme and the ceiling dynamat lite. primaloft insulation 3 layers 3 oz walls & 2 layers 4 oz ceiling. it's tight/ quiet/ no squeaks; progress inches forward.

i think carpet will get filthy. you won't see the dirt, but it's there.

I put Fat Mat in first, and then the Wise Ind liner kit along with the bedrug. Mine is kinda simple tho.

What's deal with those Pro Liner kits? Seem very pricey. how exactly do they come? Ready to screw in? Cannot seem to find any instruction online as to how set up works.

I'm running pre finished berch. I plan to have cabinets over most of the wall celing tranisions so I didn't put to much effort in to covering those areas plus I can run wiring still as I figure out what I need.

The holes are prepunched. It comes with black self drilling screws, push in plastic fasteners and adhesesive for the wheel well covers. It also comes with the pieces for both barn doors and slider. Shipped on a freight truck because of the side walls are one piece.

Looking to retire my E-350 extended, its got a 6.8 with 300k. Really like the chevy drivetrain and want to go with SWB and no divider wall.

Thinking of going with something like this..

Any of you guys put dirtbikes in SWB Express van? I want to do a bench seat for passengers and be able to have two dirtbikes behind that. It would be a tight fit but do able
