Van seat help needed (solved)

So purchased set of leather conversion van seats. They had power. Simple setup there was a plug with 2 wires under the seat that powered the main selector switch. I have 12v continuous, 30 amp fuse and a good ground but no power to the seats. I’ve double checked ground continuity. I can’t imagine they both don’t work at all but that’s what I got: 2 power 6 way front conversion van seats and no action. Any suggestions ?

Ok so I unplugged the couples harness and gave direct power to each motor. They run reverse polarity switches. So I was able to get the seat to move back and forth and the heat to come on. The recliner is manual. So I think I’m going to hard wire it that way and say hey for $100 a seat this is plenty

So after wiring it all I got the driver seat working but the passenger seat is still giving me fits. So for now I jumpered the seat with it unplugged underneath and move the seat back and left it. It will be fine where it is. The driver seat is functional. Now for an unexpected twist. The seats were installed but when I went to close the door... the damn switches are in the way! So I had to move them under the seat for now. I need to rewrite them and relocate the switch to the bottom side or move it to the seatbelts latch side.
