*****SOLD*****
1980's Venter Camping/Luggage Trailer. $1500, Located in Yuma, AZ

Solidly built South African trailer that is very common there. This model Venter is usually for small domestic or sporting loads. I bought it about 5 years ago to use for camping. You can pack this thing full of anything you can think of and it still pulls smooth behind any car. Plus, you can use it for weatherproof storage of all that gear once home. We just left it packed and ready to go all the time. I have taken it from Yuma to Canada and back.

Details:
-3 brand new tires.
-Axle has new bearings and comes with another spare set. Also has bearing buddy grease attachments.
-Tailgate has 1/8” aluminum liner on the inside. The outside has a Rotopax fuel and storage container. Holds 2 gallons of gas one side and tools on the other; I have a small grease gun, tire wrench and bearings in there.
-Lid has reinforced steel hinges and a Thule basket mounted on aluminum aircraft load tracks. There is room behind the basket to mount something else. There are also thule bicycle mounts on the basket. Inside of the lid has a webbing panel for mounting any webbing items you might have.
-I moved the nose box about 8 inches forward to accommodate 3x5 gallon water cans, included.
-I epoxy coated the entire trailer (Monstaliner). It could use a touch up since I added larger lid hinges, a hitch receiver and a couple other odds and ends. Monstaliner sells the epoxy by the quart. All the spots have already been primed with chassis saver.

-Total trailer weighs under 300lbs
The trailer is all steel.
Overall length: 10'
Height to top of lid: 43"
Main Box: 6'x4' and 17" deep
Lid is 5" deep (So you can fit items about 26" tall in box.
Total width including fenders 63"
Nose Box is 2' long and 21" wide at the front.
