It's a 2020, you could import it to Canada on a 2 year permit, and then continue to re-up every 2 years. But no permanent registration would be allowed. To re-up the permit, you will have to make a border crossing and have all your paperwork straight. But then again this may be eligible for permanent import if you pay the chicken tax on it

Just keep in mind a Canadian resident can not “import” a foreign registered vehicle duty free in Canada. So, you would either have to pay the duties and taxes upon import or pay for a bond to cover the value of the duties and taxes until “export”.
Not a big deal for the initial import (that’s what you’d do anyways) but doing it every two years might be a factor. Of course, once you export the vehicle at the end of each period you’d either apply for a refund for the duties and taxes paid, or get a new bond.
