Have you inquired over at their support forums to see if they have anything to say? I've found them to be reasonably responsive. BTW, I agree it would be nice to have in the NA market.

I haven't. But I spoke to Sterling today. They have a new B2B charger coming in the fall. Same small form factor as bb1230/1260 (30a/60a), and it can accommodate solar as well. Pretty much exactly what I want. It's been released in Europe already.
