Need to sell beloved 1963 Heilite model 162 tent trailer. The simplicity and light weight of this trailer allows you to take it just about anywhere. It is in excellent condition and has been garaged when not in use. Other than tires, the trailer is in its full original form and ready for a new family to make memories with.
As a rare, vintage trailer, finding comparables to determine a price is difficult. The only model 162 I could find on a web search had an asking price of $5,000. The cost of the trailer in 1963 was $575 which, in 2020 dollars, equates to $4,860. I would like to get somewhere close to $3,750.
