Wanted - Off Road Trailer and RTT, San Diego

Looking for a "base model" off road trailer (can't afford a fully loaded AT style trailer) and a roof top tent. I'm a long time backpacker with growing family who I am trying to get outside and I just can't bring myself to buy an RV.

Tent
- family size - (CVT Mt Ranier, Tepui Gran Sabana style)
- with annex
