I am located in Richmond, Va and looking for an off road trailer for my family and I to camp/explore with. We are a family of 4 wth a 5 and a 3 year old. I have considered a RTT, but since we enjoy 4x4 trails we thought having a trailer/camper would be easier than constantly opening, closing and packing up camp. I am trying to keep the cost low since we are just getting started with this, but please let me know what is out there. most important is the ability to sleep 4. Thanks for any and all input.

I've gone from truck camping to ground camping to RTT on the jeep to finally the trailer. Having the trailer gives you the ability to set up camp and drop the trailer and go exploring. It's the perfect set-up
