We just had another one impersonating alaskantinbender. Same exact pattern, I am pretty sure it's the same person. I think he/she picked an old user, ask for an email change and then password reset.

I'm curious if his IP is just as useless as he/she is. It returns as.... dafilyjy@finews.biz. is a temporary email address.

I submitted it to stopforumspam dot com. An IP would help however. Then they can be pinpointed and we can play a bit. Can still happen. Just takes longer.

Dang, I got a message from AlaskanTinBender saying they had a bumper I've been looking for. Looks like this was a scam. Thankfully y'all caught it in time
