Washington state- 1995 Shasta 4x4 Motorhome

I recently bought this 28' 1995 Shasta 4wd camper to resale and fund other projects. I was told it had a conversion from a F450 4x4. It starts right up and drives
*Nice newer tires all around mounted on aluminum wheels.
*Newer fridge
*Winch bumper
*Onan generator
*Roof AC.
*Microwave
*Stove
*Furnace
*Full bathroom
*New flooring throughout
*New front heated captain seats
*TV with DVD
*Lots of storage
*I have all the original paperwork, manuals, etc.
*Clear WA title in my name

It does need some work. The front bed overhang needs to be resealed to the cab, some paneling is missing, the riginal couch or possible dinette is missing and is ready for some creative touches. There is some repair needed on the front drivers side sleeper overhang due to exterior paneling coming loose. Contact me for more details. $15,000 obo. Thanks

This above rule would clearly seem to apply to someone who sells multiple units over a short period time.

Hello. I'm not sure why I was sent this? I'm just trying to sell a privately owned vehicle. I'm not a business or dealer. I know some folks think that reselling vehicles is tacky but I find it the easiest way to come up with cash. I tried to disclose that to interested buyers and in my ad. I use the funds to tackle the projects I really want. Im sorry if that is frowned upon on this site. I'll try and list them somewhere else. Take care
