If you paid around $7,000 for the vehicle in WA, you must've done a bad job of going to the DMV... Change the sale price, add maintenance receipts and by the end of it you'll only be paying for tabs and a plate.. So that being said, you having done those things will only have to repeated with another WA buyer minus plates and tabs, but taxes will still be owed again.
