This 49” awning would fit the length of the stock rack on my 95 4Runner. The rails/runners are only 55” long from the back door to the hatchback.

These are the mounting brackets they send but I don't see how that would work on the stock racks. There is no way to mount that to the rails that I can see nor have I got any answers from ARB themselves. Pretty bad customer help, or really good lack of it!

I'd been hoping to pick up an awning before the three month road trip but since we can't work out how to mount the damn thing, it'll be the tarp again. Unless Rino you have something to set me up with? Please??

Bomber Products may have a solution for your OEM rack, but I don't know of any personally. Sorry I cant be more help for your setup. :(

Those are the correct mounts for your application, you simply drill 3 holes in your crossbars that then bolt through the 3 holes in the long portion of the "L" bracket. Easy as pie... But yes you need to drill or come up with a way to use a few a square u bolts to attach the bracket.
