i got the trailer mostly done today structurally i added some foam rubber weather stripping in the back half today on the hinged part as well as the edges my question is this going to be adequate to keep it dry inside or should i look into a rubberized roofing membrane to seal the roof i just finished calking all the edges we are heading off to paint this weekend for a epoxy based paint if the weather plays nice

Keep an eye on it, and keep up with any maintenance, and the epoxy paint should be good.

My top (M416, also made of wood) is getting pretty rough. The paint was good for 2 years or so, then it started leaking. I have it covered in aluminum now, but the damage has been done.

My next lid will be steel or aluminum.

Didn't help that my trailer sits outside all winter. (I do store the RTT indoors)
