Brings back the recent memories of my trip in January. The Mojave Road/Trail is a fantastic run anybody should do if they ever get a chance. Great pics you have there. Thanks for sharing.

Having done the MR in April it was fun reliving the trip via your report. We had some bad weather too but nothing like what you experienced. So what does the GF think of that kind of camping now?

The trip didnt totally put her off to camping, which is good. But the after effects are fairly lasting. I talked to her yesterday and mentioned that I would like to do a 7 day off road trek across the north rim of the grand canyon to which she replied "HELL NO!" hahaha.

I guess I will have to ease her back into it.

The dog is always ready to go. She doesnt care for all the stuff moving around in the car while offroading, but once we get to our destination, she has a blast running around and exploring.
