Steel, 15x7 stock Jeep wheel. Offest is about 4.5", IIRC. You can find them pretty cheap.

They're okay wheels - I've run 'em myself, but they have a gap around the inside perimeter of the face that has a tendency to trap material. Might not be a problem depending on where you live, but mud is difficult to avoid in some parts of the country. Dried up mud trapped in the wheel can screw up balance and make driving unpleasant.

I'd recommend the SE style 15x7 steelie, which is also a 5-spoke. It came on later Wrangler SE's, Cherokee SE's, early Wrangler Saharas, and late Wrangler Willys. Availability should be similar.

thanks all for the info...i have a set of nine slots on my porch that aren't going to work due to back spacing, otherwise i'd go with those...

would these or the SE style have the correct backspacing for a 30x9.5r15 tire?

is 4.5 the same as my ravines?

:iagree: Mine trapped snow and salt and got incredibly rusty. The backspacing is larger than 4.5" - my replacement wheels have 4.5 backspacing and I remember that being less than stock - I don't know the exact number though.

Chrysler Jeep wheel backspacing is generally 5.5". Both of the pictured 15x7 steelies have 5.5" backspacing, and I believe the 15x8 Ravines, Canyons, and Gamblers are also 5.5". All of which should nicely accommodate 30x9.50 tires.

They should work fine with 30x9.5 tires. I have a set of 33x10.5s mounted on stock 15x7 Jeep rims.
