What did you cook today? Photo thread

I've been eating this for most of my life. Like 60 years at least.
My mom had us eating sardines very early on.
Sardine spread, Has to be Crown Prince skinless, boneless sardines in olive oil.
Drain oil and put in a bowl, add some good mayo and Frenches yellow mustard.
Smoosh up together into a spread.
There is enough for a small sammich, which I'm having now and enough leftover for more on Ritz crackers.

I make a "breakfast skillet" each weekend to warm up for my breakfast during the work week. Potatoes O'Brien, bacon & pork roll
