Yep, I was just wondering the same thing...could become a lethal weapon in that case...

That looks like it could be very dangerous if the passenger airbag deploys in a wreck - something to keep in mind.

I took that into consideration. The airbag deploys lower than the front of the bar.

small stuff.. 2 usb dongle sockets in the dash top bin and a garmin hardwire - mounted to the back "wall" of the bin. Pretty easy to miss unless your looking for it. Cleans up the cords and gives me power for eventual expansion (iPad for nav, etc) and provides access for the Icom Ham radio control head as well.

Ordered some new suspension components and brake lines for the neworld Hard Rock.

Installed the JW Speakers last night and swapped the turn signal lenses to the 2014+ clear style and added LEDs for the turn signals and side marker lights. They needed resistors which I fortunately had purchased just in case. I also painted the headlight rings black to further enhance the look of the Speakers. I think it modernized and changed the look quite a bit.
