thank you sir! much appreciated, for some reason i spaced out and never considered to look at the exhaust and intake ports...next time i need spark plugs ill fork over 15 bucks extra for the indexing spacers and see what happens.

today i drove and drove and drove for work, rolled over 323,000 miles, followed one cherokee that is from alaska down the loop 101 (hes a long way from home in hot arizona). got home and popped the hood to let the hot motor cool off a tag (its to damn hot to be driving this thing) checking the oil here in a minute, after i cool off inside.

also adding to the list of to do's tomorrow, i want to siphon out as much PS fluid as i can and add in some new stuff that i got, forgot what brand it is but it was expensive and i hope it helps seal up the leak on the steering box.

Started to install a 28 gallon fuel tank in my YJ. Thought I had everything, but I don't, so I have given up for the day and will finish the install tomorrow.

Check Engine light came on Thursday, scanned it, P0700, torque converter lock up clutch. Cleared the code, hoping it was a one time event, came on again Friday. I had one of my techs check it at the shop, looks like the lock up clutch is starting to slip. Jeep dealer across the street gave me grief about the mods on my junk, it would have cost me more to have them fix it under my 7/70 than it will for me to pay one of my guys to do it. New TC is sitting at the shop, it'll be put it in Monday.

Glad that this happened now and not a month from now when we'll be in Silverton, CO for a week!

today i spent way to much time working on the u-joints, got the drivers side axle shaft out and found out that auto zone sold me the wrong joints because apparently when you talk to them and say front AXLE u-joints they think you are talking about the DRIVESHAFT u-joints because in their glorious system the axle u-joints are called "Wheel Joints" which is stupid in my opinion but i got them exchanged. the "wheel joints" were $2 more a piece but she didnt charge me. also got the new a/c hose on and charged up, need a new belt though, the one my dad bought is to long and the tensioner is extended all the way out, when you flip the a/c on you get a nasty squeal. anyone have a PN for the right belt? just in case they try to sell me the wrong one again...

oh and i still have a wobble so i need to rotate the tires, which is pointless because they are all balder than mr. clean.
i took pics and am going to make my first attempt at a write up, after i knock out some school work though, im falling quite far behind, work has been ridiculous.

few things actually:
took out the rear bench seat and the back rest portion of it, unzipped the cloth from the seat and threw it in the washer, came out good but i will need to rewash it another day when im not tired and soak in some spot remover to get some stains out.
also took out the front passanger seat in prep for taking the cloth off of it and washing it, which will give me an idea time frame for how long it will be out of commission when i do the drivers seat.

also bout a fire mans hatchet from harbor freight, as well as 4 cans of spray on bed liner (i know i will need more but it will do for now) and a d-ring hitch bracket dealy

(pictures may follow at a later date....

ripped out most of the interior, all seats but the drivers seat, all the panels down at the bottom and such in the cargo area, going to clean them up.
