Rebel Off Road will be coming out with a 'consumer priced' 4x4 conversion for the Isuzu NPR very soon. The NPR is equipped with an L96 Vortec with 297hp/372 lb-ft torque and 6 spd dual overdrive transmission.

Thanks for the props guys, I'm doing 2 series of Sprinter cab chassis builds for our own rental fleet, geared towards travel for 2 or 4 people, and being built in a production environment. That doesn't mean slapped together by bottle depot refugees, rather assembled from the same line of modular components we set out with from the beginning, on the same footprint so the "custom" cost gets worked out a little faster. These bodies will also be available for installation onto other chassis as well, would fit a Fuso, E350, etc. if interested I will put up a build thread. Here is a pic with the storage and access door installed.
